"Smiley Riley" & "Walker Texas Ranger"

Just wanted to share a favorite pic of Riley and Walker. This was taken a few days ago. I didn't bother with putting cute clothes on them, so this is how they look on an everyday basis, playing at home. Notice, Riley is wearing a leotard. She has about 10 she cycles through, and loves to wear them around the house. She was first introduced to leotards when she started gymnastics, a year and a half ago. They have now become her leisure outfit of choice. They must be pretty comfortable, because as soon as we get home, she changes into one (has even been known to wear them as pajamas). I can't remember, but we must have had different clothes on earlier, hence the pink hairbow. You can't tell from the picture, but Walker is wearing one of his favorite shirts. It has Nemo on it, which is a favorite character at the moment. However, I believe Scooby Doo and pirates are slowly moving in on Nemo (even though we have not seen many Scooby Doo episodes/movies...maybe a dog thing?). On the subject of pirates, he chose Pirates of the Caribbean fruit snacks the last time we were at the store (he has definitely not seen that movie, either. Who knew?) Anyway, Tim and I have been blessed with two very happy children.

I agree with you & Tim. You have two beautiful, well behaved children!!! Although, my opinion is probably biased since I am their aunt. However many of my friends & other family members comment on how wonderful they truly are.

I enjoy reading your blog! :)

I still think it's hilarious that Walker loves pirates. How random. Arrggghhh! Greg was so excited that he started saying "Uncle Greg." BTW, we've been laying low this week b/c Greg has been SICK. He's had some random stomach/fever/cold sickness. He went to Med Center South on Sunday and still isn't better! He ran a fever yesterday, so I'm hoping he's almost done with it.

I was hoping I would see you last night. But, hello, I could just walk 20 steps and be in your garage! I may do that this afternoon if you are going to be at home. Riley has had Spanish camp all week, so I have been gone every morning (usually doing something with Nancy). Ola! (That's all I know in Spanish.)

Since I am so new to this whole blogging thing, I have a question for you. Talk to you soon.
